17th MayRun. Distance - 2.8miles/4.48Km Time - 27.37minsI ran round the usual run course round the Smiley Miley loop and back home. I decided to do a slightly more gentle one this morning to keep my HR down. The 1st mile was 10:00. The 2nd mile was 9:40. HR - 163. HR 176 at the highest. So much better and only 1 minute slower. |

14th MayRun. Distance - 2.8miles/4.48Km Time - 26.26minsI am over the moon! I ran out of Flax Bourton towards Bristol and then turned left and left towards Nailsea and once round the Smiley Miley loop and back home. The 1st mile was 9:06! The 2nd mile was 9:20. So I'm so pleased to have done close to 9min miles; but only managed it by my HR going through the roof! Can't believe I'm still so unfit having done so much since Feb! HR - 177! HR 189 at the highest. Maximum for my age should be 180. |

HR - 161 HR - 177 at the highest |
